DHT Golf also performs specialty construction work in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine and New Hampshire. Sample projects include:

Residential lawn installations: Discerning customers prefer that DHT Golf install rootzone soils and sod on new home lawns. We use golf course industry standards that require positive surface drainage, rich loam installation, and tight sod installation. We often install a new irrigation system at this time.

Driveway paving: DHT Golf owns paving equipment and trucks. After we remove the existing subbbase, we install new grave using road specification gravel, then we surface the gravel with a smooth asphalt layer or two.

Landscape construction: In 2006, DHT Golf constructed a maze for Heritage Museum and Gardens, Sandwich, Mass. The maze is built on a golf green type underdrain system, and stainless steel screens and intensive planting scheme delivers suspense to those lost in its corridors.

Difficult paving: DHT golf owns a fleet of low-compression tractor/trailer rigs capable of installing asphalt in hard to reach locations.Our golf course cart path work often involves hard to reach locations, and we deliver the asphalt and base without using standard asphalt trucks.

Sportfield aerification and topdressing. We use tractor mounted aerification equipments and high percolation sand to topdress existing fields or golf course fairways.

Blecavator service: DHT provides contract field renovation using a blecavator, a tractor mounted implement that removes existing turf and cultivates the rootzone layer 6-8 inches deep. Sportsfields needing extensive reseeding benefit from this process. After processing we will fine grade and install sod or seed.
Lawn bowling court construction and fine grading. We specialize in laser grading.
Triaxle for rent—Plymouth Mass. Our Volve triaxle truck and driver is available for cranberry bog sand hauling or any other use in the greater Boston area.
