New Irrigation Installations

DHT provides free estimates for new irrigation systems for commercial and residential customers. Our skilled designers have installed hundreds of commercial and residential systems on the South Shore, Cape Cod, Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket

Emergency Irrigation Repairs

DHT  performs emergency repairs. We will provide phone support to answer any questions about irrigation or pumping stations.

LEED Reviews

DHT offers irrigation system efficiency reviews for existing systems.  Our review includes:

• Operating your system and identifying any irrigation components needing attention.
• Performing a water pressure review, then confirm that each sprinkler nozzles is working efficiently. We clean or replace nozzles as needed.
• Controllers are checked for accuracy. We evaluate your irrigation zone times and we will suggest modifications to remedy over or under watering.
• We  inspect each electric valve to insure proper operation. We check the wire connections, and we insure that each valve is operating freely without debris obstructions.
• We propose alterations using current LEED methods and components

Commercial and Residential Irrigation Management

DHT Golf currently maintains commercial and condominium irrigation systems. Most client schedule yearly spring and fall service,and we provide service as needed. We also work with commercial clients when new construction requires irrigation stubbing or reconfiguration.

We schedule spring irrigation start-ups in early April 2012.

You can meet our technician during the visit or make arrangements for him to access your pump or water supply when you’re away.

Just like the spring start-up, we schedule fall closings in a town-by-town basis.

• Our technician will use a compressor to remove water from your system. We will also shut-off your irrigation water supply or pump during the visit.
• If you have a service request, please let us know when you call. We will either repair the problem it before winterizing, or schedule the repair for the following spring.

Golf course irrigation winterizations begin in November. Our large compressors winterize 9 and 18-hole golf course irrigation systems throughout New England. Please call early to insure compressor availability.
